Please find below an introduction to our church leaders.
Our leadership is made up of our Minister and Deacons who are all Trustees.
Keith Wilson – Minister
I’m married to Ann and we have two children. As a family we’ve been part of Lower Earley Baptist Church for over 10 years. I trained at the Scottish Baptist College but love living in Berkshire.
I’m passionate about learning more about Jesus and what it means to be a Christian in a complex and varied world.
In my spare time I like to get out and about. You might see me walking with our dog.
Vic Pizzey – Operations Manager
I am married to Jeanette and we have one son.
In June 2016 I took an early retirement after working for many years as a specialist Insurance Broker in the Education Sector. I was responsible for teams producing multi million pound profits and a high level of service to a complex customer base.
For us as a family 2017 was a challenging year in that following an amazing trip to New Zealand I suffered a Heart Attack and then needed major surgery. This was difficult for us all but our faith was at the centre and God’s love, the care and skill of the medical team and the support of the Church Family all contributed to a good recovery.
Badminton has been part of my life since school and for over ten years I was the Chairman of a Reading League Club. It has been good to be able to return to playing now my health has improved.
Having purpose is important and I am convinced that my recent health issues and recovery is part of a bigger plan. I have agreed to become part of the Leadership because I believe that God has something special to achieve through us all at LEBC.
Robert Adamson – Treasurer
I am married to Christine and we have a son and a daughter and two grandchildren.
I am retired having worked for 40 years in association with the pharmaceutical industry. I am professionally qualified as a Chemist and Chemical Engineer. The latter years involved significant international travel and allowed much insight into the design, construction and operation of pharmaceutical facilities.
I am on the leadership team at LEBC and look after the church finances.
In my spare time I am a keen astrophotographer and have a small observatory in my garden.
I have a passion for home fellowship groups which develop closer fellowship, caring and sharing in our Christian lives
I am married to Kay and have a son and five granddaughters.
I am a civil engineer and work in London on large infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas.
My main ministries are helping with DNA Youth Group and Sunday Club
I became a Christian when I was 25 years old and have a keen interest in sharing my story with others.
Free time is spent reading, gardening, DIY and occasionally doing sports meant for the younger and fitter.

I grew up in a Christian home and am deeply thankful to have heard the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ early on in my life. I made my personal commitment to follow Jesus Christ in my teenage years.
During my student years in my home country of Germany, where I trained as an interpreter, I was active in the Christian Union. This led later on to being involved in student ministry in Spain, where I had lived before. Then together with my husband we served students in the Netherlands and parts of the former Soviet Union.
I have a passion for seeing church members using their God given gifts, and to point others to our living God and Saviour Jesus Christ.
We have two adult children. I love travelling, learning languages, meeting people from different cultures and being active in the great outdoors.
I am married to Cenbee and we have 2 children.
I became a Christian when looking for work and God found me a job that married my studies in Energy Engineering and my interest in railways. Many years later I am still enjoying working on railway energy supplies.
Having a scientific mind, I am amazed at the intricacies of God's creation but I also enjoy the fact we can know God as father through Jesus.
As well as my railway interests, I enjoy photography, travelling and walking
